Analysis: **3/4 The worst match of the three between these two teams but still a good match for how much time it had. These guys bust out some really nice looking spots and they manage to make all of their spots count and don’t blow anything. Izzy and Deranged do some nice cheating in this match and both teams pull out some nice double team moves. This is a great way to start the show off with a fast-paced spot-fest which is well done and finishes the feud.

** This match is just too slow between the two men and it never really picks up. They have some decent sequences but nothing new or really impressive. They go through the motions of some British wrestling before Nigel does a little bit of work on the arm of Cabana. Cabana does a nice job of keeping up with Nigel but that’s all he does and it’s not very impressive at all for him. Nigel dominates the match and then it ends with the crappy looking low blow sequence. This match was just too long and slow to be really good.

Analysis: ***3/4 Another good match but not quite as good as their first one. However that one was pretty awesome. Gibson uses a little more lucha in this match and less kicks which makes it a different style of match. I love Gibson’s counter into the cloverleaf from the cross armbreaker, it’s just great. Both men get their times to shine in the match and Tiger looks great at the end of the match and Gibson just won’t give up fighting and struggles through until he gets the win.

Analysis:***3/4 An exciting tag team match between these two teams. Both teams make a point to actually use double team moves and not be just two singles wrestlers in a match together. Analysis: **** A great match and the best pure title match so far. They don’t let the rules dictate the match but work the rules into the match. Lethal should be the underdog but because he knows the rules that gives him the advantage and it works until Joe just starts wrestling like he normally does and then he takes over the match. Joe and Lethal throw everything at each other and put on a hard hitting match that is just great to watch. Considering these two train together I would have liked to have seen more countering of trademark moves but it’s nothing that kills the match at all.

Analysis: ***1/4 Up until the cheap ending this is a really good match. This is a brutal fight where it is obvious that neither man likes the other. They do some wrestling but mostly they are just brawling with each other and trading hard strikes. Punk bleeds buckets during this match and there is just a great intensity here all the way up until the interference. I don’t really dig the chairshots as an end to the match especially with the Punk promo afterwards. Rave should have laid in all of the shots to the head of Punk and then capped it off with a piledriver on the chair to really get it over that he wanted to re-injure Punk’s skull. Still a brutal brawl between these two men.

Analysis: ****1/4 My favorite match on the show. These two guys go at each other full bore and they are hitting big moves to get the win. Both men want to prove that they are the rightful leader of Gen Next and they want to win the match and the belt. Shelley has Aries well scouted and manages to block a lot of his trademark moves the first time around. Later in the match Aries has weakened Shelley enough that it doesn’t matter how much scouting he’s done he’s too weak to counter the moves. This match has a bunch of great false finishes at the end and it legit looks like Shelley was going to win the belt a couple of times. Just great wrestling from these two guys with a nice back story involved in it.

Analysis: ** Not really a match but just a fight between these four men. It gets over the feud between the Rottweilers and Joe/Lethal plus lets Ki and Homicide fight in their hometown. This is a brutal match with Ki and Homicide pulverizing Lethal in the ring and finishing it off with the brutal double stomp into the cop killer. This is fun to watch but not a great match although it was a great way to cap off the show.
Recommendation: Buy this show! All three of the title defenses are great matches and they get better as the night goes on. Cabana/McGuinness is the only match that falls flat on this show and everything else just flows perfectly. One of RoH’s best shows of the year.
