Who says that wrestlers aren’t thespians?
Pro-Wrestling Theatre “re-imagines” situations and uses wrestlers as the catalysts. This week PWTheatre invites Vince McMahon to give his interpretation of the conversation Marcellus Wallace had with Bruce Willis in the movie “Pulp Fiction”. Instead of throwing a fight though, Vince is informing Shawn Michaels what he expects Shawn to do right before the famous “Montreal Finish” with Bret Hart.
Pro-Wrestling Theatre Proudly Presents: "Pulp Fiction"
Vince McMahon: I think you're gonna find - when all this shit is over and done - I think you're gonna find yourself your smile back. Thing is Shawn, right now you got ability.
But painful as it may be, ability don't last. Now that's a hard motherf---in' fact of life, but it's a fact of life your ass is gonna hafta get realistic about. This business is filled to the brim with unrealistic motherf---ers who thought their ass aged like wine. Besides, even if you don’t listen to me, what would you be? I’ll book you to be Light Heavyweight champion of the world. Who gives a shit? I doubt you can even get on Jakked based on that. I certainly won’t push you.
McMahon lays an envelope full of money on the table in front of Shawn. Shawn picks it up.
Vince McMahon: Now the night of the match, you may feel a slight sting, that's guilt
f---in' wit ya. F--- guilt! Guilt only hurts, it never helps. Fight through that shit. 'Cause a year
from now, when you're headlining Wrestlemania you're gonna say, "Vinnie Mac was right."
Shawn Michaels: I got no problem with that.
Vince McMahon: When the bell rings, you grab the belt and leave.
Shawn nods his head: "yes."
Vince McMahon: Say it!
Shawn Michaels: When the bell rings, I grab the belt and leave.
